Care Instructions:
- Spot clean minor spills and dirt with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For tougher stains: Hand wash the tote bag in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Air dry completely: Do not machine dry the tote bag, as the heat can shrink the cotton canvas and corduroy. Hang it to dry out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Ironing (optional): If needed, iron the cotton canvas sections on a low heat setting. Avoid ironing the corduroy sections directly, as it can flatten the wales (cords).

Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase. Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered once they
are shipped out domestically within India and 15-30 business days across the globe.

EXCHANGES
If your item is too big or small for you, we can replace it. Please notify us at connect@raceorbit.in that you would like to get a replacement, so we can check to make sure we still have that particular item in stock. Then, we will instruct you to send the item back unworn and in new condition. You will have to incur the shipping charge back to us, but we will pay for shipping back to you. Once we receive the item, we will send you the correct size.
If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue store credit back onto the account used for the original purchase for the amount of the item. If you have any questions, we can answer them at connect@raceorbit.in
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns are accepted; however, the customer must incur the shipping charges to and from.You must contact us via e-mail (connect@raceorbit.shop) within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.
REFUNDS
Refunds are allowed if the order has not yet shipped. If the order is shipped, we can issue a refund only when the package is returned back to us in the same condition as it was sent. We can only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days from the purchase, we can only issue store credit. In all other cases, we can issue store credit.
